Shipping:

Your order is normally shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Orders are shipped by Expedited Post and take approx.
6 - 10 business days. (some exceptions apply). If you require alternate delivery methods or Courier service please contact us via email

For International Orders: 

Please email us with the items you wish to order along with your phone number, shipping address and indicate method of payment.  (If you want to send your credit card information via email, we suggest emailing your card # in 3 or 4 emails.)  We will provide your order total plus shipping.  

Duty Charges:

Customers are responsible for any duty charges. We cannot estimate the amount of time your package will take to clear customs.


Returns and Exchanges:
You, our customer, are most important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund your order if you send us the un-used items in re-sellable condition along with the packing and sales slips within 30 days after you received your purchase less shipping costs.
